We want you to be completely satisfied with your HydraVue purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, here’s what you need to know about returns and refunds.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team via our Contact page within the 30-day window with your order details and reason for return.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
